Whenever you discuss the embroidery industry the name Floriani comes up in the conversation.

Let me introduce myself, I am Love Lee Perry, a seventh generation member of the Floriani family. My grandfather Walter Floriani was a pioneer in the industry. He taught me that the beauty and appeal of embroidery comes from its simplicity.

I can hear him say that all you use is a needle, thread and a variety of stitches to create your design. He passed this on to my parents who ran a successful production plant for 37 years, my uncle Walt Jr who is an education and creator, and my borther, Travis Steinline, who deisgns amazing logos for the industry

Now I want to coach your business into prosperity.

After 15+ years with Northwest Airlines, I found myself being drawn back into my family business. I looked into personal effectivness training and realized I found my true calling.

After 3 years of intense training, I entered a PH.D. program for coaching. Upon completion of the course, I looked for ways to enhance my familiy's embroidery business.

In that process I created balance with my family life and my professional life. These are the tools I now wanting to offer you.
